External Influence: N Korea to re-open Embassy in Venezuela. During his visit, Yong Jin met with deputies to the National Assembly of Venezuela Yul Jabour and Julio Chávez, of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) and of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), respectively. Yong Jin also took the opportunity to express his support for President Nicolás Maduro when he attended in Caracas the headquarters of the Permanent Commission for Foreign Policy, Sovereignty and Integration.
