Описание:

Canada's Criminal Code is enacted. Around 40% of the Code deals with criminal law procedure and the remaining 60% deals with definition of criminal law offences. It was built partly upon the British criminal code. It was updated in 1906, 1927, and 1953 when perspectives changed or inconsistencies needed to be fixed.
