Population is 90,000. Culture is survival focused, and life is limited to immediate surroundings. There is one city of 10,000 people on the site of the original settlement. There are a few major towns. There are many villages. A disagreement over the election of a new Cuder causes a rift in the city, and a portion of the population leaves to settle elsewhere on their own.
