The Principles of Justilismo are needed to explain the creations of his social policies. The principles focused on states rights over property rights. However, the failure of Justilismo was in including the wealthy élite, whose hands affected the workings of the economy. Justilismo divided political authority from economic power in Argentina. For successful social changes under Justilismo, Peròn's government pushed for max employment, health care, and wage rises. Many medical facilities, schools, and houses built, improving the overall quality of life. Economic and social policies implemented by Peròn's regime proved to be a major turning point and success of Argentina. Justicialismo was also put into the Argentine Constitution in 1949.
