Chinese soldiers were found on Mars as well as American troops. Both powers breaking the Neutrality on mars, both seeking Ivonium. The remainder of the United Nations declared Mars a international safe zone to deter anyone from bringing weapons upon the surface for military purposes. Chinese and Military forces ignore this and go out in military operations on mars using companies as proxies to take Ivonium deposits. This is done until all Ivonium is extracted.
