Disguised as a masked bounty hunter, Ana, disguised as Shrike, sabotages several Talon operations in Egypt, drawing the attention of crime boss Abdul Hakim.

Hakim runs a criminal organization in Cairo that profits off of people after the Anubis Project was shut down by Overwatch. He pays off the government and police to turn a blind eye to his syndicate.

He provides Reaper with intel regarding an incident involving Helix Security International, and places a £70,000,000 bounty on Shrike, intending to lure her into a trap at his compound, unbeknownst to her. This trap also lures Soldier: 76.
