Ten years after the Omnic Crisis, Morrison reads a paper by Doctor Angela Ziegler, pertaining to the field of nanobiotics.He meets with her at the Overwatch Headquarters and tells her that he wants her to join Overwatch as head of its medical research.
She states that hse wants her research to focus on civilian applications, and he acquiesces, stating that whatever she needs, she'd get. She agrees.
