The Phoenix was a mission to Mars completed from August 4th, 2007 to May 25th, 2010. It showed the first ever Canadian mission to take place on Mars. The lander tracked and recorded the weather on Mars, along with its temperature and pressure. It landed on May 25th, 2008 and lasted five months but unfortunately did not survive Mars harsh winter.
