The Step Pyramid was built about 4700 years ago. It's creator, Pharaoh Djoser, is buried 90 feet underground in a dark chamber. Above ground, the pyramid rises to a whopping 197 feet in height. Along with Djoser, 11 ofhis daughters are buried inside as well.
