Former KPMG executives Robert Pfaff and John Larson were convicted of participating and using the fraudulent tax shelters. Larson was sentenced to ten years and one month in jail and was forced to pay six million dollars. Pfaff was sentenced to eight years and one month in jail and had to pay three million dollars.
