Housing Minister Dr Nick Smith opens the 22-house first stage of the Matanikolo housing project in Fatafehi Place, Mangere. The community or social housing project has been funded by the NZ Government's Community Housing Unit, the Methodist Church of New Zealand, Lotofale'ia Mangere Tongan Methodist Parish, and the Airedale Property Trust.
