Cultural Resources Management law requires an archeological survey of the Ruins prior to moving forward with a plan to place a trash dump over the Quindaro ruins is being implemented. This survey provides the evidence neighborhood residents needed to mount a strong resistance to the waste dump and the measure was eventually defeated.
