The Manukau Urban Māori Authority (MUMA) will provide tenancy management and support services to families who will eventually live in the homes.

They'll be built by Housing NZ on vacant land owned by the Ministry of Social Development adjacent to Ngā Whare Waatea Marae in Calthorp Close, Māngere.
