Once I arrived home, I turned on my TV and watched a couple of episodes on Netflix. Netflix is an extremely innovative platform that completely changed the entertainment industry. The multinational company is based in California, US. Netflix now offers its services in over 190 countries, greatly impacting the entertainment sector and the kind of content. As the majority of content on Netflix is American, a lot of American values are transferred over to the foreign viewers. Thus, the globalization impact here is cultural as the beliefs are transferred over to another country.
