As Canada has a strong bilateral relationship with the EU (total merchandise imports were approximately $66.3 billion), Lush has a very strong presence when it comes to natural beauty products sold. The EU was able to ship and sell its products to Canada where I was able to pick up this specific mask from my local Lush Cosmetics store.
