Ashley became the Bb secretary soon after the foundation of the Bb. Although her bleaching knowledge was limited, she won the secretary of the year award for her bravery in the face of darkness.

Ashley put the Bb on the map in the West Coast market, where the Bleach awards were being held. This only furthered the market reach for the newly created portable bleacher.
