The Legislation Act I

This act has been drafted by the Constitutes of the Covenant of Richmond to set up a more perfect union through formal legislation to enact powers through a constitution of the Covenant of Richmond. This will label the powers, responsibilities, and the ability to exercise those powers.
Constitutes vote for new legislation.
Constitutes are allowed to expel certain members.
3/4ths for expulsion
Legislators are allowed to vote for the impeachment of a President.
Legislators are allowed to be impeached.
Army is Voluntary.
