I reached the age of maturity in my religion, completed my freshman year of high school, excelled academically in my classes, and had a great group of friends, some of whom carried on from middle school and others who were new. I argued with my parents a lot more about what time my curfew was and also about what I could wear to school. I began to care a lot about what other people thought of me. I also joined the fencing team and both enjoyed it a lot and excelled at it.
