The public treaty said that Santa wouldn’t fight them and would move all Mexican troops out of Texas. Also said all Texan troops would be released. Then the private treaty said that the Mexican would remove all troops in texas make the border the Rio Grande and recognize texas’s independence. Although Santa anna never followed through with the treaties.
