It was the second battle of the texas revolution. After the battle of Gonzolez, the Texans marched on to the Mexican fort/Presidio La Bahia also known as Goliad. It was so they could get ammunition. It was won in minutes as there were only 50 Mexicans and almost 250 Texans.
