On October 7th, 2004 the Duelfer report was released. Authorized by Charles Duelfer it displays the findings of the CIA’s search for WMD in Iraq. They came to a conclusion that all of Saddam’s chemical weapons were destroyed in the 1991 gulf war, and soon after Saddam also ended Iraq's nuclear program.
