Froseth, 28, was shot and killed by his neighbor Corban Serna near the San Pedro Street and East Lohman Avenue intersection on June 15.

Froseth and his wife had been arguing in the middle of the street before the shooting. At some point, Serna intervened and shot Froseth. Serna's lawyer claims it was self-defense. Serna has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.
