There was a science test on that day. I really wanted to perform well on the test. ButI was not fully prepared on that test and I was afraid of getting bad mark therefore being criticized by my parents and teachers. Then, during the ongoing test, while my science teacher did not pay attention on me, I referred to my science textbook secretly and found the answer that I was looking for. Unexpectedly, my science teacher detected what I was doing. Then, she called me to her office and gave me a invalid score in terms of that test. She dialed my parents and told them my unethical behavior as well. Then, after I went home, I got seriously criticized by my parents. They told me I would cheat myself even if I could get good grade on test through cheating or copying because if I do so, it can not reflect my real level and what I know. They also inculcated me that if I cheat successfully and therefore I do get the good mark, then I am gonna keep doing so in order to gain more senses of achievement and succeed. Eventually I would get penalized by justice.

That lesson from my science teacher and my parents was very impressive and memorable that I can still remember now. Since then, I never cheated again, even though I have known that I would not be found if I cheat on test. That event was like a moral class to remind me, to make me be aware of what is right and what is wrong. Through moral development, I gradually developed proper attitudes and behaviors toward other people and things in society.
