1 янв 1983 г. - Pub L. 98-199-The Secondary Education and Transition Services for Handicapped Youth amendments, which amended the Education of the Handicapped Act, revised Pub. L. 94-142 to provide a variety of discretionary grants to expand services for the birth-to-3 age group, encourage programs to better prepare school-aged students for transition out of public education, and improve personnel preparation.
