Established the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

The Federal Trade Commission was a commission of 5 members to investigate unfair competition practices of firms, to hold hearings on the complaints of such practices, and to issue cease-and-desist orders (an order from a court or government agency to a corporation to stop engaging in a specified practice) when firms are found to engage in such practices.
