A member of the Covenant, the sword, and the Arm of the Lord targeted and killed the owner of a pawn shop mistakenly believing them to be Jewish. Afterwards, the shooter killed black Arkansas State Trooper Louis P. Bryant.

The shooter was follower of conspiracy theories ranging from the US government being under the control of Zionists to NWO.
