Change: England changes religion for the first time, King is head of the religion and can now divorce his wife. Catholicism is not the predominant religion anymore in Europe

Continuity: Anglicanism is basically the same thing as Catholicism, just the king is head of religion. Anglicanism remains contained in England, doesn't mover anywhere else. Lutheranism is not and will not be eradicated in European states,
