Ceres is a dwarf planet that contains no moons and is 2.77 AU away from the sun. Period of revolution for Ceres is 4.6 years , its period of rotation is 9.074 hrs. An interesting fact about Ceres is that during the day its temperature is minus 100 degrees fahrenheit another fun fact is that Ceres is located in the Asteriod Belt between the orbit of Mars and Jupiter.
