Three Phases: Phase 1 - Jews are shot. Told that they are being relocated, lined them up by ditch and shot them one by one. Burned in mass grave - took valuables they packed. Phase 2: Gas vans. Jews were loaded into vans. The vans were rigged to put in ehaust (1st intented for mentally ill). The problems were that 1 - not efficient, gas and ammuniation and soliders had psychological problems. Phase 3: Death Camps - speed up killing my gas chambers. 2 camps - concentration camps for workers - extermination camps for the weak and old.
