Effectively broke apart the Ottoman Empire and forced them to renounce all claim Arab Asia and North Africa. Established a number of autonomous regions such as Kurdistan and Armenia and greater Greek influence in Eastern Thrace. Rejected by the Nationalists Turks, sparking another war ‘The Turkish War of Independence’. This war ended the Ottoman Empire, the monarchy and established the independent nation of Turkey.
