Joseph Haydn was born March 31, 1732 and died May 31, 1809. One of his most popular pieces was 'Surprise' Symphony (No. 94). One interesting fact is the symphony the ‘Miracle’ Symphony’ got its name because a huge chandelier fell from the ceiling during the performance but no one was hurt.
