4 ноя 2015 г. - Channel 4 journalist Alex Thompson reports that the Rangers EBT scheme being deemed 'disguised remuneraition' fatally undermines the SPL's Nimmo Smith review which was entirely predicated on such schemes being legally open to all clubs to adopt in the assumptions it drew regarding there being 'no sporting advantage'. The fact they are clearly now illegal renders the view redundant.
