However, the documentary also shows our affects on the planet in the past decade. Globalization helps companies and consumers squire products cheaply, but it has a heavy carbon footprint. Relocating factories forces construction to clear a natural habitat for the factory. Furthermore, having manufacturing on a different part of the globe than the distribution requires transportation pollution that taxs the environment.
