A large accident on the pleasure station "Ferryman" destroys it, killing 7,000 Argon. The resultant pollution marks the area off-limits for 30 years. Large scale nuclear power plants are banned in all known space, and only small scale devices are used as backup or to power engines in ships. The majority of energy used in space comes from reusable energy cells which store captured solar energy. Big business develops around these energy plants. All races sign the "Energy Accord". Space becomes safer.
