In the year 1892, Blaise Pascal had invented the European calculating machine, but it was known as pascal’s calculator. He intended for his father to use this to help him out his father, a tax collector It is a rectangular box that holds up to 8 dials, along with 8 digits. It was able to perform addition and subtraction when the dials were moved around.
