Description: The First National Bank was outlined and created by Alexander Hamilton. It served as the central bank of the United States at the time.Causes: The first bank was created to handle the tremendously huge debt that the nation had carried on after the American Revolutionary War.
Effects: Anti-Federalists thought that a National Bank was unnecessary. This led to conflict between Federalists and Anti-Federalists
Historical Impact: Although many people opposed the bank, it gave the new United States of America a sense on individuality to have their own bank.
