24 июн 1748 г. - Montequieu put out his book called Spirit Of Laws , which explained that the best kind of goverment would be the government that seperated powers among the legislative, executive . and judicial powers. Which in later years the american constitution created a federal republic which the idea was directly borrowed from this book
