Yayoi (14) comes in as Yayoi Namikawa, she's quiet and smart, Shinji likes her because she's the only one who shows signs of intelligence.
Starts her with small tasks, although she is very standoffish, Shinji wonders what's wrong with her. Shinji puts her in charge of securing Kabukicho along with three other guys. Not a difficult job, just make sure it runs smoothly. Since she's a girl, young and weird, Shinji wants to test her skills before taking her on bigger missions.
