This new Notice of Complaint neglects to properly capture the provisions of prior agreements made between the club and the SFA."

It is presumed that the agreements referred to are the Five Way Agreement and a reported accompanying letter under which Rangers Newco were given the Oldco SFA Membership and admitted to the league structure.
