8 сент 1536 г. - "Institutes of the Christian Religion"
Описание:
In 1536, a man named John Calvin, having already founded his own church, wanted to express his ideas of God, Salvation, and human nature. In an effort to summarize his Protestant theory and religious beliefs he published "Institutes of the Christian Religion." Calvin wrote that men and women are sinful by nature and took some of Martin Luther's teachings. Calvin extended his teachings by going on to say that God chooses a very few people to save. He then used a doctrine called the predestination to symbolize those who knew God from the beginning will be saved. His religious ideas then led to the start of Calvinism.
