The Rave At The Cave came to an abrupt and controversial end when, as the locals became fed up with the noise and activity, they intervened by diverting attendees down dead-end roads and waving shotguns at them, cutting down trees at the entrance of the property both blocking new patrons and trapping already current patrons, and even calling the event promoters threatening to blow up the cave. Roadblocks were setup and 22 kids were arrested for posession of illegal substances.
