>GMD objective = Build army and get rid of warlords and unify China, get rid of West
>Objectives align/ common-interest negotiation
-Yatsen Condition: Communists must join GMD
-Comintern supplies weaponry, funds, etc
-Yatsen Plan, 1925- GMD attacks warlords in North but Yatsen dies --> results in party split between communist and anti-communist
