Nobody told me about staff meetings. We didn't really do staff meetings at Flood.

I will never forget this, we had a union rep come and speak to us about something. The union rep was standing on a table to see us all (it was a large space), and as the woman was talking, Patti appeared between her legs.

I remember thinking again, "wow. This is just not how I envisioned my teachers and education" when I was growing up.

I had such a regard for my teachers and administrators. I felt let down about education.
