USAF awards launch contracts for 19 launches to Boeing an d 9 to Lockheed Martin. 7 of Boeing's 19 were later rescinded and re-awarded to Lockheed Martin after a lawsuit against Boeing resulted in the discovery of more than 25,000 proprietary documents relevant to Lockheed's Atlas V illegally held by Boeing.
