Due to the effects of Black Tuesday's economic crash and other factors such as drops in economic demand and credit, all of Canada suffered from an economic depression in the early 30s. This depression was among the worst they'd ever seen. Employment was extremely low, little money was being spent because almost none was being made, and it was an awful time for everyone. However, it did help Canadas government to take precautions against events like this in the future as to prevent something like this from happening again, so the overall state of the economy improved.
