Queen Jadwiga of Irrisen puts down the Holvirgang Uprising, but clamps down on the cold fey, moving the borders of the province of Feyfrost farther from the frost giants. The Queen forces the fey to sign the Ice Compact, which forces them to establish the more traditional capital of Chillblight. Only the Brumal Lords refuse the tenets of the Compact, wishing to continue harassing anyone they wish, and retreat to the far-northeastern reaches of Feyfrost.
