Lend-Lease, to assist the nations that were then fighting the Axis powers by providing military aid. America was entrusted with sending their allies supplies to help fight the Axis powers, such as if America were to enter the War which they eventually did, they would have allies to help them fight with.
Economy affect: Soviet factories produced more than 29.1 million small arms of all major types
how it affected Europe and/or Asia: Germany invades USSR in 1941 (they become enemies)
