Section 251 of the Criminal Code is amended, decriminalizing abortion under certain limited circumstances. Some hospitals can provide abortions, but only if the pregnancy would endanger the woman’s life or health. Abortions are unfairly allowed across Canada. The bill also legalizes contraceptives.
