healthy cattle
o The cattle then became sick with Anthrax, and
as a result they died.
o Because of these results, in 1872 Robert Koch
proved that microorganisms exist and can
cause disease.
o The Golden age of microbiology stemmed from
this discovery
o Germ Theory started to be taken seriously
