The ESP 103 workbook provides the student with ample room to write out how they feel and how they can improve. I know that when I physically write something down I remember it much better and it becomes more important to me. Specifically, on pages 10 and 11 I journaled about the Cone of Learning and the Forgetting Curve. In a subsection underneath both of these diagrams there was space to express your feelings after the eighth class. I reported the following: "As I've been learning more and more, I find myself incorporating factors of ESP into other parts of my life. As of now I'm doing well. but sometimes I struggle to get the ball rolling."

If there were a journal entry for today I would say that I am consciously working harder to think in divergent ways in order to complete projects. Additionally, I would tell myself to keep participating in class discussion and to keep my mind open to any new challenges.
